    Overview: 
    GJNR_RECID is a SAP transaction code used to maintain the index number range for journal voucher (JV) receipts. This transaction code is used to set up the range of numbers that will be assigned to JV receipts. 
    
    Functionality: 
    GJNR_RECID allows users to maintain the index number range for JV receipts. This includes setting up the starting and ending numbers for the range, as well as setting up the increment value for each number in the range. This transaction code also allows users to view and edit existing index number ranges. 
    
    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter GJNR_RECID into the SAP command field and press enter. 
    2. Select “Create” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
    3. Enter a name for the index number range in the “Range Name” field. 
    4. Enter a starting number and an ending number for the range in the “From” and “To” fields, respectively. 
    5. Enter an increment value in the “Increment” field. This value will determine how much each number in the range increases by (e.g., if you enter “1”, each number in the range will increase by 1). 
    6. Select “Save” from the menu bar at the top of the screen to save your changes. 
    7. Select “Back” from the menu bar at the top of the screen to return to the main GJNR_RECID screen.
