  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the GJA4 transaction code in the SAP command field. 
  2. The JOA master data catalog will be displayed. 
  3. To create a new job order, click on the “Create” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  4. Enter all necessary information for the new job order, such as job order number, description, and status. 
  5. Click “Save” to save the new job order. 
  6. To edit an existing job order, select it from the list and click on the “Edit” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  7. Make any necessary changes to the job order and click “Save” when finished. 
  8. To delete a job order, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  9. Confirm that you want to delete the job order by clicking “Yes” when prompted.
