    1. Enter the transaction code GB11 in the command field.

    4. Click “Save” to save your changes or “Cancel” to discard them. 
    5. To delete a document, select it from the list and click “Delete”. 
    6. To search for a document, enter your search criteria in the appropriate fields and click “Search”. 
    7. To view a document’s details, select it from the list and click “Details”.
