  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code FZW3 into the command field. 
  2. Select the type of message or email you want to view (e.g. Inbox, Sent, etc.). 
  3. Select the criteria you want to use for sorting (e.g. Date, Sender, Recipient, Subject). 
  4. Click on “Execute” to view the messages or emails that match your criteria. 
  5. To view a specific message or email, click on it and it will open in a new window. 
  6. To delete a message or email, select it and click on “Delete” at the top of the screen. 
  7. To reply to a message or email, select it and click on “Reply” at the top of the screen. 
  8. To forward a message or email, select it and click on “Forward” at the top of the screen. 
  9. When you are finished viewing messages or emails, click on “Back” at the top of the screen to return to the main menu.
