  4. The system will display the date of the closing, the user who closed it, and any notes associated with it. 
  5. Once you have finished viewing the details of the period-end closing, click “Back” to return to the list of closings. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is important to note that only users with appropriate authorization can view period-end closings in SAP using this transaction code. Additionally, users should be aware that only period-end closings that have been performed in SAP will be displayed in this list; any manual closings that have been performed outside of SAP will not be visible here.
