  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code FTXP (Maintain Tax Code) is used to maintain tax codes in the SAP system. It allows users to create, modify, and delete tax codes, as well as view existing tax codes. This transaction code is used to ensure that the correct taxes are applied to transactions. 
  
  Functionality:
  FTXP enables users to maintain tax codes in the SAP system. This includes creating new tax codes, modifying existing ones, and deleting obsolete ones. It also allows users to view existing tax codes and their associated information. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use:
  1. Enter the transaction code FTXP in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new tax code. 
  3. Enter the required information for the new tax code, such as the name, description, and rate of taxation. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new tax code. 
  5. To modify an existing tax code, select it from the list of existing tax codes and then select “Change”. 
  6. Enter the required changes and select “Save” to save them. 
  7. To delete an existing tax code, select it from the list of existing tax codes and then select “Delete”. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the selected tax code by selecting “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears. 
  9. Select “Back” to return to the main screen of FTXP transaction code.
