  1. Enter transaction code FTWX in the command field. 
  2. Select the data file you want to view the authority groups for. 
  3. Select “Display” from the menu bar. 
  4. The authority groups associated with the data file will be displayed in a list. 
  5. To assign authorization to other users, select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the user name in the “User” field. 
  6. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes.
