  1. To access FTR_COMONI, enter the transaction code into the command field in the SAP system. 
  2. The Correspondence Monitor screen will appear. 
  3. To view existing correspondence documents, select “Display” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  4. To create a new document, select “Create” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  5. To edit an existing document, select “Change” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  6. To search for documents by various criteria, select “Search” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  7. To view the status of a document, select “Status” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  8. When finished, select “Back” from the menu bar at the top of the screen to return to the main Correspondence Monitor screen.
