  The FRC3 transaction code allows users to assign activities to cost centers and view the activities assigned to a cost center. It also allows users to create, change, and delete activity assignments for cost centers. Additionally, it allows users to view the activity assignments of other cost centers. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the FRC3 transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Enter the cost center for which you want to assign activities. 
  3. Select the “Create” button to create a new activity assignment for the cost center. 
  4. Enter the activity code and description in the appropriate fields. 
  5. Select “Save” to save the activity assignment for the cost center. 
  6. To view existing activity assignments for a cost center, select “Display” and enter the cost center number in the appropriate field. 
  7. To delete an existing activity assignment, select “Delete” and enter the activity code in the appropriate field. 
  8. Select “Save” to save your changes or “Cancel” to cancel your changes.
