  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code FR55 is used to distribute release orders in the SAP system. It is a part of the Logistics Execution (LE) module and is used to manage the delivery of goods from one location to another. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The FR55 transaction code allows users to create, change, and display release orders. It also allows users to assign release orders to delivery documents, such as delivery notes and outbound deliveries. Additionally, it can be used to assign release orders to goods movements, such as goods issues and goods receipts. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code FR55 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the necessary data for the release order, such as the order type, customer number, and material number. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the release order. 
  5. Select “Assign” from the menu bar to assign the release order to a delivery document or goods movement. 
  6. Enter the necessary data for the assignment, such as the document number or goods movement number. 
  7. Select “Save” to save the assignment. 
  8. Select “Display” from the menu bar to view the details of the release order or assignment. 
  9. Select “Change” from the menu bar to make changes to an existing release order or assignment. 
  10. Enter any necessary changes and select “Save”
