  4. Select the “View/Manage” option to view and manage the collection of agency collections from internal and external sources. 
  5. Select the “Create” option to create a new collection of agency collections from internal and external sources. 
  6. Enter the necessary information for the new collection of agency collections and select “Save” to save the new collection of agency collections. 
  7. Select the “View/Manage” option to view and manage existing collections of agency collections from internal and external sources. 
  8. Select the “Delete” option to delete an existing collection of agency collections from internal and external sources. 
  9. Select “Save”
