To access FQEVENTS, enter the transaction code into the command field in the SAP Easy Access Menu. 2. The Events Overview: screen will appear. Here you can view all existing events in the system. 3. To create a new event, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 4. Enter the necessary information for the event such as type, date, time, and location. 5. Click “Save” to save your changes and create the new event. 6. To edit an existing event, select it from the list and click on the “Edit” button at the top of the screen. 7. Make any necessary changes to the event information and click “Save” to save your changes. 8. To delete an event, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen. 9. Confirm that you want to delete the event by clicking “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears.
