  1. Log into your SAP system and enter the transaction code FPSG4. 
  2. Select the entry you want to delete from the list of entries in the worklist. 
  3. Click on the “Delete” button to delete the selected entry from the worklist. 
  4. Confirm that you want to delete the entry by clicking “Yes” in the confirmation window. 
  5. The entry will be deleted from the worklist and you will be returned to the main screen of the Safeguarding module. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is important to note that deleting an entry from the worklist does not delete any related data or documents associated with it. If you need to delete any related data or documents, you will need to do so separately. Additionally, it is recommended that you always double-check before deleting an entry from the worklist, as it cannot be undone once it has been deleted.
