  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code FPCODUH in the SAP command field. 
  2. Enter the customer number in the Customer field. 
  3. Select the appropriate Dunning Area from the drop-down list. 
  4. Click on Execute (F8). 
  5. The Correspondence Dunning History screen will appear, displaying all of the dunning letters sent to this customer and their responses. 
  6. To view more details about a particular letter, double-click on it in the list. 
  7. The details of that letter will be displayed in a separate window. 
  8. To exit, click on Back (F3).
