  The FOR5 transaction code provides users with the ability to maintain common rooms in a building. This includes creating, changing, and deleting common rooms, as well as assigning and unassigning them to tenants. The transaction code also allows users to view the current status of the common rooms in the building. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code FOR5 into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the details of the common room you wish to create, such as its name, size, and location. 
  4. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  5. To assign a common room to a tenant, select the “Assign” option from the menu bar and enter the tenant’s details. 
  6. To unassign a common room from a tenant, select the “Unassign” option from the menu bar and enter the tenant’s details. 
  7. To view the current status of all common rooms in the building, select the “Display” option from the menu bar. 
  8. To delete a common room, select the “Delete” option from the menu bar and enter its details.
