  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code FOMASS into the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the new number range and select “Create” again. 
  4. Enter the start and end numbers of the range and select “Save”. 
  5. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate the new number range. 
  6. Select “Back” from the menu bar to return to the main screen of FOMASS. 
  7. To change an existing number range, select it from the list and select “Change” from the menu bar. 
  8. To delete an existing number range, select it from the list and select “Delete” from the menu bar. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is important to note that when creating or changing a number range, it must be activated before it can be used in mass changes in the system. Additionally, when deleting a number range, it must first be deactivated before it can be deleted from the system.
