  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code FOKIP is used to copy actual data to plan data for real estate. This transaction code is used to transfer actual data from the real estate module to the plan data in the same module. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The FOKIP transaction code allows users to copy actual data from the real estate module to the plan data in the same module. This transaction code is used to transfer actual data from one period to another, or from one year to another. It also allows users to copy actual data from one company code to another. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code FOKIP in the command field. 
  2. Select the company code and fiscal year for which you want to copy actual data. 
  3. Select the source and target periods for which you want to copy actual data. 
  4. Select the source and target company codes for which you want to copy actual data. 
  5. Select the type of data that you want to copy (e.g., cost center, asset, etc.). 
  6. Click on “Execute” button to start copying actual data from source period/company code to target period/company code. 
  7. Once copying is complete, click on “Save” button to save changes made in the system.
