  Overview:

  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code FOFO in the command field. 
  2. Select the purchase orders you wish to release by clicking on the checkboxes next to each one. 
  3. Click on the “Release” button at the bottom of the screen. 
  4. Confirm that you wish to release the selected purchase orders by clicking “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears. 
  5. The selected purchase orders will now be released.

  It is recommended that users double-check their selections before releasing any purchase orders using this transaction code, as it is not possible to undo a mass release once it has been completed.
