  Overview:
  SAP transaction code FOAR91 is used for managing settlement unit archives. It is a part of the Financial Accounting (FI) module and is used to store and manage archived settlement units. 
  
  Functionality: 
  FOAR91 allows users to view, create, change, and delete archived settlement units. It also allows users to view the status of the archived settlement units, as well as the documents associated with them. Additionally, it provides users with the ability to search for archived settlement units by various criteria such as document type, document number, and company code. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code FOAR91 in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the necessary information such as document type, document number, company code, and other relevant data. 
  4. Select “Save” to create the archived settlement unit. 
  5. To view an archived settlement unit, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the necessary information such as document type, document number, and company code. 
  6. To change an archived settlement unit, select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the necessary information such as document type, document number, and company code. 
  7. To delete an archived settlement unit, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the necessary information such as document type, document number, and company code. 
  8. Select “Save” to save
