  Overview:
  FO9U is a SAP transaction code used to access the User-Specific Selection Version Tree for Real Estate. This transaction code allows users to view and manage the selection versions of real estate objects. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The FO9U transaction code provides users with a graphical overview of the selection versions of real estate objects. It also allows users to create, change, and delete selection versions. Additionally, it enables users to assign selection versions to real estate objects and to view the selection version tree for a particular object. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the FO9U transaction code in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the selection version you want to create and click “OK”. 
  4. Select the “Change” option from the menu bar. 
  5. Select the selection version you want to change and click “OK”. 
  6. Make any necessary changes and click “Save”. 
  7. Select the “Delete” option from the menu bar. 
  8. Select the selection version you want to delete and click “OK”. 
  9. Confirm that you want to delete the selection version and click “Yes”. 
  10. Select the “Assign” option from the menu bar. 
  11. Select the real estate object you want to assign a selection version to and click “OK”.
