  The FO6D transaction code is used to set a delete flag for a CUA user. This flag indicates that the user should be deleted from the system. The delete flag can be set for any user in the system, regardless of their role or access level. Once the delete flag is set, the user will no longer be able to access the system and will be removed from all roles and access levels. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into the SAP system using an administrator account. 
  2. Enter transaction code FO6D in the command field. 
  3. Enter the name of the user whose delete flag you want to set in the User field. 
  4. Select “Set Delete Flag” from the menu options. 
  5. Confirm that you want to set the delete flag for this user by selecting “Yes” in the confirmation window. 
  6. The delete flag will now be set for this user and they will no longer be able to access the system. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is important to note that setting a delete flag for a CUA user is permanent and cannot be undone. Therefore, it is recommended
