  The SAP transaction code FNV4 is used to rescind contracts in full or partially. This transaction code is used to cancel contracts that have already been created in the system.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code FNV4 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the contract number that you want to rescind in the Contract field. 
  3. Select either Full or Partial rescission in the Rescission field. 
  4. Enter a reason for the rescission in the Reason field. 
  5. Enter a comment in the Comment field (optional). 
  6. Click on Execute (F8). 
  7. Confirm that you want to rescind the contract by clicking Yes on the confirmation screen. 
  8. The contract will be rescinded and all associated documents will be deleted from the system. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is important to note that once a contract has been rescinded, it cannot be reversed or undone. Therefore, it is recommended that users exercise caution when using this transaction code and ensure that they are certain they want to rescind a contract before doing so.
