  Overview:
  FMRP_FW_COMACT is an SAP transaction code used to view commitments and actuals in the Funds Management module. It provides a comprehensive overview of the commitments and actuals for a particular fund or funds. This transaction code is used to monitor the budget and spending of funds, as well as to ensure that all commitments are fulfilled. 
  
  Functionality:
  FMRP_FW_COMACT allows users to view the commitments and actuals for a particular fund or funds. It displays the total amount of commitments and actuals, as well as the individual amounts for each commitment or actual. The transaction code also allows users to filter the data by fund, commitment type, and period. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use:
  1. Enter transaction code FMRP_FW_COMACT in the command field. 
  2. Select the fund or funds you wish to view. 
  3. Select the commitment type you wish to view (e.g., budget, purchase order, etc.). 
  4. Select the period you wish to view (e.g., current year, previous year, etc.). 
  5. Click “Execute” to view the commitments and actuals for the selected fund or funds. 
  6. The total amount of commitments and actuals will be displayed, as well as the individual amounts for each commitment or actual. 
  7. To view more detailed information about a particular commitment or actual, click on it in the list. 
  8. To export the data, click on “Export” in the top right corner
