  The SAP transaction code FAIR04 is used to displace documents in the inventory accounting module. This transaction code allows users to move documents from one account to another, or to delete documents from the system.

This transaction code allows users to move documents from one account to another, or to delete documents from the system. It also allows users to view and edit existing documents, as well as create new ones. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the FAIR04 transaction code into the SAP system. 
  2. Select the document type you wish to displace. 
  3. Enter the document number of the document you wish to displace. 
  4. Select the account you wish to move the document to, or select “Delete” if you wish to delete the document from the system. 
  5. Confirm your selection and save your changes.

  It is important to note that when displacing documents, all related documents must also be displaced in order for the process to be successful.
