  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code F5690 is used to access the Reservation Factsheet. This Factsheet provides an overview of all reservations created in the system. It displays information such as the material number, quantity, and reservation date. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The Reservation Factsheet allows users to view all reservations created in the system. It displays information such as the material number, quantity, and reservation date. The Factsheet also allows users to view the status of each reservation and to delete or change existing reservations. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code F5690 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Reservation” tab. 
  3. Enter the material number for which you want to view reservations. 
  4. Select “Display” to view the Reservation Factsheet for that material number. 
  5. To delete or change existing reservations, select “Change” or “Delete” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  6. To create a new reservation, select “Create” from the menu bar at the top of the screen and enter the necessary information. 
  7. Select “Save” to save your changes or “Cancel” to discard them.
