  1. Enter the transaction code F5105 into the SAP command field. 
  2. The maintenance backlog overview screen will appear.

  5. Enter the necessary information for the new backlog and click “Save” when finished. 
  6. To edit an existing backlog, select it from the list and click on the “Edit” button at the top of the screen.

  8. To delete a backlog, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen.
