    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter the transaction code F4443 into the command field. 
    2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
    3. Enter the customer number and select “Continue”. 
    4. Enter the details of the dispute case and select “Save”. 
    5. Select “Display” from the menu bar to view the details of an existing dispute case. 
    6. Select “Change” from the menu bar to modify an existing dispute case. 
    7. Select “Assign” from the menu bar to assign a dispute case to another user for further processing. 
    8. Select “Print” from the menu bar to print out a copy of a dispute case for reference purposes.
