  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Access the F3381 transaction code by entering it into the command field in the SAP system. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  3. Enter all relevant information for the task, such as description, deadline, assigned user/group, etc. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the task. 
  5. To view or edit an existing task, select “Display” from the menu bar at the top of the screen and enter the task number in the command field. 
  6. To delete a task, select “Delete” from the menu bar at the top of the screen and enter the task number in the command
