  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code F3140 in the command field. 
  2. Select the business partner for which you want to analyze changes. 
  3. Select “Change Analysis” from the menu bar. 
  4. Select “Display” from the menu bar. 
  5. The system will display a list of all changes made to the business partner, including date and time, user who made it, and field that was changed and its new value. 
  6. To view more details about a particular change, select it from the list and click “Details” from the menu bar. 
  7. The system will display more detailed information about that particular change.
