  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code F2892 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the material number of the product you wish to view in the Material field. 
  3. Select the “Genealogy” tab in the top menu bar. 
  4. The genealogy of the product will be displayed in a tree structure, showing all components and their respective production processes. 
  5. To view more detailed information about a component or process, select it from the tree structure and click on “Display” in the bottom menu bar. 
  6. To view changes made to the product over time, select “History” from the top menu bar and enter a date range in which you wish to view changes made within that period. 
  7. To exit out of this transaction code, select “Back” from the bottom menu bar or press F3 on your keyboard.
