  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code F2865 is used to manage reason code groups in the SAP system. It allows users to create, modify, and delete reason code groups. Reason code groups are used to classify and group different types of reasons for a particular transaction.

  The F2865 transaction code allows users to create, modify, and delete reason code groups. It also allows users to assign reason codes to a particular group. This helps in organizing and classifying different types of reasons for a particular transaction. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code F2865 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the reason code group you want to create. 
  4. Select the “Save” option from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  5. To modify an existing reason code group, select the “Change” option from the menu bar and enter the name of the group you want to modify. 
  6. To delete an existing reason code group, select the “Delete” option from the menu bar and enter the name of the group you want to delete. 
  7. To assign a reason code to a particular group, select the “Assign Reason Code” option from the menu bar and enter the name of the group you want to assign it to. 
  8. Select the “Save”
