  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code F2165 is used to access the My Checklist Items application. This application allows users to create and manage checklists for their own use.   Functionality: 
  The My Checklist Items application allows users to create and manage checklists for their own use. Users can create checklists with multiple items, assign due dates, and track progress. The application also allows users to share checklists with other users, making it easy to collaborate on projects. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To access the My Checklist Items application, enter the SAP transaction code F2165 in the command field. 
  2. The My Checklist Items screen will appear. 
  3. To create a new checklist, click the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
  4. Enter a name for the checklist and click “OK”. 
  5. Add items to the checklist by clicking the “Add Item” button at the bottom of the screen. 
  6. Enter a description for each item and assign a due date if desired. 
  7. When finished, click “Save” to save the checklist. 
  8. To view an existing checklist, select it from the list on the left side of the screen and click “Open”. 
  9. To share a checklist with another user, select it from the list on the left side of the screen and click “Share”. Enter the user’s name or email address and click “OK” to send them an invitation to view or edit the checklist. 
  10. To delete a checklist, select it from the list on the left side of the screen and click “Delete”.
