  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code F1655 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the customer number in the Customer field. 
  3. Enter the invoice number in the Invoice field. 
  4. Click on Execute (F8). 
  5. The system will display a list of dunning locks for the customer and invoice number entered. 
  6. To delete or reset a dunning lock, select it and click on Delete (F7) or Reset (F6). 
  7. Click on Save (Ctrl+S) to save your changes.
