  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code F1434 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the form template in the “Form Template Name” field. 
  4. Select a document type from the drop-down list in the “Document Type” field. 
  5. Select a language from the drop-down list in the “Language” field. 
  6. Select a layout from the drop-down list in the “Layout” field. 
  7. Enter a description for the form template in the “Description” field (optional). 
  8. Click on “Save” to save your changes. 
  9. To add fields to your form template, click on “Fields” and select a field from the list of available fields. 
  10. To edit an existing form template, select it from the list of available templates and click on “Edit” or “Delete” to delete it.
