  4. Select the “Assign” button to assign assets to the new depreciation area. 
  5. Select the assets you want to assign and select “Save”. 
  6. Select the “Edit” button to edit existing depreciation areas. 
  7. Select the depreciation area you want to edit and select “Save”. 
  8. Select the “Depreciation Methods” tab and select the desired method for each asset (e.g., straight-line or declining balance). 
  9. Select “Save” when finished editing the depreciation area.
