  The ER30 transaction code allows users to create and maintain the hierarchical structure of the policy regulation. It enables users to define the relationships between different levels of the policy regulation structure. This includes defining the parent-child relationships between different levels, as well as setting up the access rights for each level. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter ER30 in the command field and press enter. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the policy regulation structure hierarchy and press enter. 
  4. Select “Create” from the menu bar again. 
  5. Enter a name for each level of the hierarchy and press enter. 
  6. Select “Define Relationships” from the menu bar. 
  7. Select a parent level and a child level and press enter. 
  8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 until all levels have been defined in the hierarchy. 
  9. Select “Set Access Rights” from the menu bar. 
  10. Select a level and assign access rights to it by pressing enter. 
  11. Repeat step 10 until all levels have been assigned access rights.
