  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code EMMAJL into the command field. 
  2. The system will display a list of jobs in the system. 
  3. To search for a specific job, enter keywords or criteria into the search field. 
  4. To create a new job posting, click on the “Create” button. 
  5. Enter the necessary information into the fields provided and click “Save” when finished. 
  6. To edit an existing job posting, select it from the list and click on the “Edit” button. 
  7. Make any necessary changes and click “Save” when finished. 
  8. To delete an obsolete job posting, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button. 
  9. Confirm that you want to delete the job posting by clicking “Yes” when prompted.
