  SAP transaction code EL32 is used to automatically monitor credit limits for customers in the SAP system. This transaction code allows users to set up and maintain credit limits for customers, as well as to monitor and control customer credit limits.

  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code EL32 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Maintain Credit Limit” option from the menu. 
  3. Enter the customer number and select “Enter”. 
  4. Enter the desired credit limit for the customer and select “Save”. 
  5. Select “Display Credit Limit Violations” from the menu to view any violations of the customer’s credit limit. 
  6. Select “Display Credit Limits” from the menu to view all customers with their respective credit limits. 
  7. Select “Back” to return to the main menu or “Exit” to exit the transaction code.

  It is recommended that users regularly review customer credit limits and violations in order to ensure that customers are not exceeding their credit limits and that any violations are addressed promptly.
