  EHSCDCT allows users to customize diagnosis types in the SAP system. This includes creating new diagnosis types, changing existing ones, and deleting them. The transaction code also allows users to assign a description to each diagnosis type. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code EHSCDCT into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new diagnosis type. 
  3. Enter a description for the new diagnosis type in the “Description” field. 
  4. Select the “Save” button to save the new diagnosis type. 
  5. To change an existing diagnosis type, select it from the list and then select the “Change” button. 
  6. Make any necessary changes and then select the “Save” button to save them. 
  7. To delete an existing diagnosis type, select it from the list and then select the “Delete” button. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the diagnosis type by selecting “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears.
