  4. Enter the validity period for the price list in the Validity Period field. 
  5. Enter the prices for each material or service in the Price List Items tab. 
  6. Enter any discounts or surcharges that should be applied in the Discounts/Surcharges tab. 
  7. Save your changes by clicking on the Save button at the top
