  1. Create a CSV file containing the user ID, assignment type, and assignment details for each assignment you wish to make. 
  2. Log into SAP and enter the transaction code DFS_CSV_UPLD_ASSGMT. 
  3. Select the CSV file you wish to upload and click “Upload”. 
  4. The assignments will be automatically created in SAP.
