  Overview:
  DB12 is a SAP transaction code used to access the DBA Backup Logs. This transaction code is used to view the backup logs of the database and to check the status of the backups.

  1. Enter transaction code DB12 in the command field.

  3. Select “Display” from the menu bar. 
  4. The backup log will be displayed in a table format with information about each backup, such as when it was taken, how long it took, and what type of backup was taken. 
  5. To check the status of a particular backup, select it from the table and click “Status” from the menu bar. 
  6. The status of the selected backup will be displayed in a pop-up window.
