  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code CXLP2 is used to delete archived logs from the SAP system. This transaction code is used to free up disk space and improve system performance. 
  
  Functionality: 
  CXLP2 allows users to delete archived logs from the SAP system. This transaction code can be used to delete logs that are no longer needed or that have been archived for a certain period of time. The deleted logs are permanently removed from the system and cannot be recovered. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into the SAP system using your user ID and password. 
  2. Enter the transaction code CXLP2 in the command field. 
  3. Select the log files you want to delete from the list of available logs. 
  4. Click on the “Delete” button to delete the selected log files. 
  5. Confirm that you want to delete the selected log files by clicking on “Yes” in the confirmation window. 
  6. The selected log files will be deleted from the system and cannot be recovered. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is recommended that users only delete log files that are no longer needed or that have been archived for a certain period of time. It is also recommended that users back up their log files before deleting them, in case they need to recover them at a later date.
