  This transaction code enables users to create, change, and delete breakdown categories for the Translation Tool. It also allows users to assign a language to each breakdown category. This helps ensure that the correct language is used when translating documents. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter CXDT_TF103 in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new breakdown category. 
  3. Enter a name for the new breakdown category and select a language from the drop-down list. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new breakdown category. 
  5. To change an existing breakdown category, select it from the list and then select “Change”. 
  6. Make any necessary changes and select “Save” to save them. 
  7. To delete an existing breakdown category, select it from the list and then select “Delete”. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the breakdown category by selecting “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears.

  It is important to note that deleting a breakdown category will also delete any translations associated with it. Therefore, it is recommended that users take caution when deleting a breakdown category and ensure that any necessary translations have been saved before deleting
