  Overview:

  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code CXA1 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new FS item hierarchy. 
  3. Enter the name of the hierarchy in the “Hierarchy Name” field. 
  4. Select the “Create” button to create a new FS item in the hierarchy. 
  5. Enter the name of the FS item in the “FS Item Name” field. 
  6. Select the “Save” button to save your changes. 
  7. Select the “Back” button to return to the main screen of CXA1. 
  8. Select the “Change” button to modify an existing FS item hierarchy or FS item. 
  9. Select the “Delete” button to delete an existing FS item hierarchy or FS item. 
  10. Select the “Display” button to view an existing FS item hierarchy or FS item. 
  11. Select the “Exit” button to exit from CXA1 transaction code and return to SAP Easy Access screen.

  It is recommended that users familiarize themselves with all of the features available in CXA1 before using it for creating and maintaining FS item hierarchies in SAP Financial Accounting (FI).
