  1. Enter transaction code CX56 in the SAP command field.

  4. Click on “Execute” to display the list of journal entries. 
  5. The list can be sorted by clicking on any column header or by using the “Sort” option in the menu bar. 
  6. To view more details about a particular journal entry, double-click on it or select it and click on “Details” in the menu bar. 
  7. To print or export the list, click on “Print” or “Export” in the menu bar respectively.
