  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code CRM_BSP_VIEW_EVENTGR into the command field of the SAP GUI. 
  2. The CRMV_EVENTGREV_MAINTAIN screen will appear. 
  3. Select the “Create” button to create a new event group. 
  4. Enter the desired information for the new event group, such as name, type, priority, and status. 
  5. Select “Save” to save the new event group. 
  6. To edit an existing event group, select it from the list and then select “Edit”. 
  7. Make any desired changes and then select “Save” to save them. 
  8. To delete an existing event group, select it from the list and then select “Delete”. 
  9. Confirm that you want to delete the event group by selecting “Yes” on the confirmation screen that appears. 
  10. Select “Back” to return to the main screen of CRMV_EVENTGREV_MAINTAIN when you are finished making changes or creating/deleting event groups.
