  1. Enter the transaction code CRMV_CUSTGRP2 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new customer group. 
  3. Enter the name of the customer group and any other relevant information. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new customer group. 
  5. To change an existing customer group, select the “Change” button and enter the name of the customer group you wish to modify. 
  6. Make any necessary changes and select “Save” when finished. 
  7. To delete a customer group, select the “Delete” button and enter the name of the customer group you wish to delete. 
  8. Select “Yes” when prompted to confirm deletion of the customer group. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is important to note that deleting a customer group will also delete all customers assigned to that group. Therefore, it is recommended that users take caution when deleting customer groups and ensure that all customers have been reassigned before deleting a group.
