  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To create a new call list, enter the transaction code CRMD_TM_CLDIST in the command field. 
  2. Enter the name of the new call list in the “Call List Name” field.

  4. Select “Create” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  5. To assign a user to a call list, select “Assign User” from the menu bar at the top of the screen.

  7. To delete an existing call list, select “Delete” from the menu bar at the top of the screen and confirm your selection by clicking “Yes” when prompted.
