  4. Enter a description for the service hierarchy and select “Save”. 
  5. Select “Create” or “Change” from the menu bar again and enter a name for the category or subcategory you want to create or change. 
  6. Enter a description for the category or subcategory and select “Save”. 
  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for each category or subcategory you want to create or change in the service hierarchy. 
  8. When you are finished, select “Back” from the menu bar to return to the main screen of
